More than twenty years ago I aspired to traipsing across the Atlantic with my sweetheart, toting ten children, heading to Africa. My high school yearbook has that dream recorded under my seventeen year old image. That dream is about to come true, minus six kids.
Convincing our four kids, aged 11 to 3, that we should poke their little arms half a dozen times with vaccinations has been challenging. Jim has our personal pharmacy stocked and we start anti-diarrheals tomorrow. We are on our two week countdown!
